TEI uses their own internal support team and Project Managers in tandem with those of the respective carriers. For any orders or projects that we work, both our client and their vendors receive constant updates and status during each step of the installation. Even the most simple requests can be fraught with problems so we track and monitor every order on a daily basis to ensure smooth service delivery.

Larger projects and multi site solutions can be even more complicated due to the multiple groups and departments within each carrier group. We work directly with each carrier on your behalf to coordinate each of the project milestones and to make sure that each of the respective departments are completing their work in a timely fashion. ‘Designed’ orders can be touched by as many as 8 different departments and individuals so we are in constant communication with the carrier to make sure that each group is completing their work correctly before sending it off to the next department. This attention to detail results in a timely and accurate installation so that there are no problems or ‘fixes’ that need to be done afterwards.

Converting or upgrading services can also be a difficult project if not coordinated correctly. In many cases, a ‘hot cut’ is required and the business, their vendor and the carrier all have to work together to minimize down-time in your voice and data networks. TEI offloads that responsibility from our clients and we work closely with all parties involved to provide a seamless conversion that will not impact your business or your customers.
