In addition to providing a variety of consultative services to our clients, TEI provides ongoing account management and are available to assist with more than just network design and pricing. Billing problems and repair issues can be difficult to manage and resolve so TEI handles that on behalf of all our clients.

Our knowledge and expertise with all of the carriers enables us to handle these problems faster and more efficiently than the client can themselves. TEI tracks and monitors all open repair tickets to resolution and in instances where the problem is labeled as chronic, we escalate those items to the proper channels for the most expeditious resolution. Incorrect billing or errors in charges can be equally frustrating to resolve and TEI will process and track those items until they’re resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
