Orders can very easily be mistyped or important discount codes can be omitted, so we review your first billing statement on every order to guarantee accurate billing. Any errors are immediately addressed and corrected and we will work with the carrier until that is completed.

Our goal is to be your single point of contact for anything related to your telecommunication services. Most of the carriers have complicated and time consuming Call Centers and we offload the time normally spent on making changes or answering questions. Oftentimes there is finger pointing between the carriers, the equipment providers and software so we work directly with all involved parties to resolve your issues as quickly as possible.
